Wholesale terms
These draft terms describe the implemented product model. Garg Enterprises must approve commercial and legal wording before launch.
Request status
Submitting a wholesale request does not create a confirmed order. Garg Enterprises may revise or decline requested quantities, articles, prices, availability, freight, tax, delivery timing and payment terms.
Indicative catalogue information
Published prices are indicative per-piece wholesale prices unless stated otherwise. Product artwork, descriptions and sample data must be replaced with approved catalogue content before launch.
Order confirmation
A commercial order becomes confirmed only after Garg Enterprises communicates acceptance and any required payment is verified. A payment screenshot or buyer-provided reference does not prove receipt.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit false requests, probe private records, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access to administrative functions.
